- Quarantine packages are available on all classes of travel
- Transit guests will be quarantined in the first arrival destination
- Only first-degree family members can stay in the same hotel room
- Quarantine packages are valid for any bookings made on online, Tele-sales, on CTOs or with travel agents
- Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or offer
- Offers are subject to change without prior notice
- Bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable
- Bookings are only changeable with penalty if the guest's PCR test result is positive

- Guest must have Jazeera flight booking, packages are not applicable with other airline bookings
- All reservations are on selected hotels only
- Guest must carry printed copies of a negative PCR report with QR code, ticket copy and Quarantine package voucher.
- Quarantine packages are subject to guest holding a valid JAZEERA AIRLINES PNR/Reservation can only be availed if the air ticket was booked through JAZEERA AIRLINES
- Guests must check their eligibility for travel by the concerned countries and obtain the required permits and/or permissions.
- Transit guests will be quarantined in the first arrival destination. Only first-degree family members can stay in the same hotel room.
- Guests must check the latest information about the conditions and guidelines required for travel from the official and authorized sources before traveling
- Guests will obtain 2 Covid tests on entry and before exit
- If the Covid Test (PCR) is Positive then as per Government Quarantine stay might extend as per rules. For extension stay there will be additional costs incurred and should be payable by the customer directly.
- All/Any expenses passengers might incur due to circumstances beyond our control such as change in government regulations/flight cancellation/delays, accidents of any nature, bad weather, natural calamities, medical evacuation, supplier policies, etc. It is suggested that clients take out travel insurance. Akbar Holidays merely acts a service provider and does not accept any liability.
- Any requests such as (Interconnecting Room, Adjacent Rooms, Rooms on the same floor, 1 king size / 1 double bed/ twin bed, floor map, early check in, non/ smoking room, etc.) is subject to availability on first come first serve basis up on your guest arrival at the hotel and it is totally discretionary and up to the hotel to assign. However, we will request this for you as priority.
- Most hotels Check In time is between 1500-1600hrs & Check Out time is between 1000-1100hrs and varies from hotel to hotel. If necessary, we will request an early check in or late checkout but this is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check – in, please pre-book your stay for the previous night and for guaranteed late check – out, please pre-book your stay for the next night.
- The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. According to occupancies hotels are subject to change. In case the hotel rooms are not available as specified above the alternate hotels will be suggested. The difference in cost is payable extra.
- All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control e.g., Rate Fluctuations, Fuel Increases, Government Regulations, Government Levies, Duties, etc.

- Due to any Natural Calamities / unavoidable circumstances / Political or Social unrest, if client postpone or cancel the journey in case of any liability from Airline or Hotel client will be charged for the same. Any waiver request or reduction in cancellation amount request will be at airline or hotel discretion.
- We reserve the right to decline or accept any person at any time for the tours offered or promoted by us.
- No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.
- While we may make recommendations for hotels all around the world, we do not stand guarantee and are not responsible for the services or the hardware provided by the hotel/s suggested by us.

Hotel terms and conditions:
- The hotel may request an amount from the guest upon check-in as a deposit, to be returned to the guest in the event that no damage is caused to the room upon check-out.
